Based in the Philippines, artist Maruja Panti has a desire to give her share to the world through her arts. Her subjects are mainly about women which she often paint with resiliency and strength. She has these strong feelings to build an inspiration from women that they are full of hopes and dreams that reflect to her paintings. She believes that, “No one colors the world and reflects the light exactly the way anyone can” And, “Every women is a work of arts, not perfect but always beautiful.”
She is a self-taught artist, an art lover, music lover, traveler, photographer and a tattoo artist. She is a Civil Engineer by profession and a member of PICE (Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers). Also a graduate of Masters in Public Administration. But she become too connect to arts after she passed the Board of Civil Engineer and lives in the City. She used to be a volunteer in an art therapy workshop for Down syndrome kids and cancer patients as a teacher. Maruja’s work has been featured in many online and physical Art Exhibitions - locally and internationally in many places/countries namely, Paris - France, South Korea, State of California and Pennsylvania - USA, Norway, Turkey, Lithuania, Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Nepal, Ecuador, India, Syria and Libya. Her works are in a private national and international collectors in England, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines. She was also published in Art book from Mexico, “360 Arte Contemporaneo”. Honored an awards as Artist Pro 2021 – Italy, Peace Ambassador from Ecuador and Certificate of Achievement Nada Fine Arts.
